A selection of soul-food Nigerian and Jamaican dishes served buffet style. Hot food arrives in disposable foil trays or you can hire our Gastronorm trays from £15 each with fuel. The buffet menu comprises of 1 Meat or Chicken option, 1 Vegetarian/Vegan option and 1 Rice option. Buffet food comes with complimentary Fried Plantain side.

You can also purchase additional items such as extra meats, extra rice or extra vegetarian and vegan options.

We also provide Place Cards for each food item displaying Name of Food and Allergen information so your crowd can read before eating.

Events serving staffs are available with a 3 hour minimum booking at £20 per hour, per Staff. Staffs will serve buffet food or finger food, serve soft drinks, serve alcoholic drinks you provide, serve desserts and clear tables at your event.

Please only purchase this option if you have either purchased the Afro/Caribbean Buffet package or have it in your basket to add extra meats for your guests.  Minimum for extra meats is 5 people.

Hire our Gastronorm/Chafing Dishes for your buffets. Trays and Fuel are from £15 each for 3 hours minimum hire. Chafing Dishes will need to be cleaned after your party before we collect or you can choose to purchase the options with cleaning and we will take care of the cleaning.

We have a selection of tasty Nigerian and Jamaican dishes to delight your tastebuds. All lunch boxes are gluten and dairy free. All Rice base plus Stewed Beans and Vegan Curry are Vegan Friendly. Hot lunch boxes require 3-day advance booking for up to 50 people and 1 week for up to 250 people. Choose dates at checkout. Each lunch box contains a rice base, meat or vegetarian/vegan topping and fried plantain.

Suitable for meetings, adult and children’s birthday parties, baby showers and so much more other event types. Best for those that want a set menu and hardly any mess. Just open, eat and throw away the packaging which are environmentally friendly.

Choose from our homemade sauces to compliment food. All sauces are suitable for Vegans except for the Mayonaise based sauces which are suitable for Vegetarians.

Choose a selection of our most popular Canapés of mixed Nigerian and Jamaican finger food to delight your tastebuds and wow your office team or groups. All food are hand made with love with the best quality sourced ingredients. Each tray feeds approx 20 people.

Some items come with standard sauces and some you can select which sauce to go with the finger food. Other items do not require sauce, however, you can purchase more additional sauces by clicking here.
