Ingredients
- 8-10 Chicken wings
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Curry
- ½ tsp Thyme
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chicken Bullion (half a cube)
- Chopped half medium onion
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- Chopped 2 spring onion stalks
- Half a Jar of SDZ BBQ sauce
- Wok or Frying pan
Preparation time 10 mins. Cooking time 20-25mins.
- Clean and cut chicken wings in half and place in a pan.
- Add the spices, onions and stir them in.
- Cover pot and allow to steam on medium heat until stock forms and chicken is cooked (10-15 minutes)
- Drain chicken stock (if any) and place wings to one side. Stock can be saved and used for other dishes.
- Heat up oil in a wok or frying pan and brown the wings on both sides
- Pour the SDZ BBQ sauce over the wings and begin to stir it in for about 5 minutes.
- Add chopped spring onions and stir for another 1 minute.
- Serve
