Red Kidney beans soaked overnight and cooked until very soft with coconut cream and golden basmati rice for fluffiness. This delicious rice goes well with many of our stews or can be enjoyed alone. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. The 4 litre bowl can feed up to 20 people or more dependant on how you portion. Rice is cooked and quickly cooled down before it ism packaged in Food Grade BPA Free Plastic Pouches and sent out chilled or frozen.
