ASUN (Peppered Goat Meat)
Asun (Smoked goat meat) is a spicy, hot hot, very hot Nigerian delicacy that has been powered by scotch bonnet peppers. Steaks of smoked Goat Meat slowly roasted, cut into chunks and then stir fried in a highly turbo hot, coarsely blended scotch bonnet peppers. This is a dish that keeps the cold away in Winter and can be enjoyed in summer with cold beer. REALLY SPICY!
