Easy Pancake Recipe


It’s Pancake Day! Also known as Shrove Tuesday.

A day we can all have fun making delicious pancakes all day and all week if you like.

I like my pancakes thin and soft and if you do too why not try our easy to please pancake recipe for the Perfect soft yet crispy pancake. I served it with freshly whipped cream and mixed fresh berries.

Pancake Ingredients
120g Plain Flour
200ml Milk
50g Butter
30g Sugar
1 Large Egg
A pinch of salt

Method

  • Combine all above in a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  • Heat your frying pan on medium heat.
  • Add Butter.
  • Use a ladle spoon to scoop mixture into pan.

Make sure to flip other side to cook evenly. If you are not equipped with Fancy Flipping you can use a spatula 🙂

Whipped Cream Ingredients

  • 300ml Double Cream
  • 50g Icing Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Use a Manual Whisk or  Electric Whisk

Serve with freshly whipped cream and Berries. Enjoy!:-)
